Before renting, all customers must sign the Terms and Conditions form at Florence by Bike. Giro Concept is not responsible for any damage to the bicycles. The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, as well as total or partial theft of the bike. To rent the bike, a valid ID is required, along with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. A pre-authorization hold will be placed on the card, with the amount depending on the value and number of bicycles rented.
