Cancellation Fees:

• 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the trip cost.
• 14 days or less before departure: 100% of the trip cost, non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Deposits:
Certain trips may require a deposit at the time of booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after cancellation, using the original method of payment. Please allow for additional processing time based on your financial institution.

Force Majeure Clause:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest, our force majeure policy may apply. This may allow for a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalties.

Travel Insurance Recommendation:
